About Your Instructor

Hi there! I'm Prab and, as a Plant-Based Registered Dietitian, I help new and experienced plant-based eaters just like you achieve their nutrition goals, all while enjoying the foods they love.

I have my Master of Science degree in Nutrition and two Bachelor of Science degrees in Nutrition and Biomedical Sciences. I currently work full-time in my virtual private practice, NutriKaur.

When I'm not creating plant-based content, you'll find me baking or learning how to play the piano!
